Since iPolls major app overhaul several months ago, Ive only seen the yellow box to search for surveys (which is hit or miss, of course). No missions or anything else -- and I live in NYC, so missions should be available daily/weekly! I dont see the supposed map in this newest update, or any of the other promised goodies like magazine rewards. Ive been using iPoll since it was practically released on the App Store and used to LOVE the old app, which had loads of missions, surveys, and such. I dont know whats going on here, but iPoll hasnt worked right in months. Totally disappointed. I hope the team looks into this ASAP! The above issue first appeared on my iPhone 5s. Ive since upgraded to an iPhone 7 Plus with the same issues. Reinstalling the app and doing a hard device reset never help, and I always update the the most recent iOS version. The same issues exist whether I use my blazing home Verizon FiOS wifi network, work network, or T-Mobiles LTE. Ive beta tested apps for 19 years, and Ive tried every known fix trick in the book. Whatever the problem is seems to be on iPolls end. They need to have a good look under the hood to check for bugs, coding errors, etc. I wonder if other longtime users experience the same problem. The app has been useless, and it pains me to only be able give iPoll 1-star again. Fortunately the website is a great option, but only from a laptop (which I rarely use) since the sit is not fully optimized for mobile and doesnt have the same ease of use and missions like the old iPoll app. :-( ---------------- 3.0 Review: I love iPoll, but something unusual is going on! When I upgraded to 3.0 version of iPoll yesterday, I was logged out of my account (thats never happened before -- Im usually still logged in between updates). Heres the problem: When I enter my account information, which Im certain is correct, iPoll keeps producing an error message that my password is wrong. Despite being certain of my password, I tried requesting a password reminder several times in the last 24 hours via iPolls automated system (where the app says "Forgot your password?"). Well, I never received an e-mail from iPoll with the password reminder (yes, I checked my spam folder!). So I essentially have my keys to iPoll . . . but iPoll seems to have changed the locks! ;-p I am going to try e-mailing the support team on Monday since Im pretty sure they dont work on weekends like most developers. I know servers were being updated on the 30th from an e-mail that was sent several days ago, but theres been no other communication from the iPoll team that there has been an extended issue. Im not sure whats going on here, but based on the other two reviewers below who said new features arent present in the new 3.0 version, theres clearly some kind of problem -- and if there is, itd be nice if the iPoll team sent another e-mail to update us! I am supposing that maybe servers are still being updated or maybe theres a major issue with the update and the team disabled the app until the problem is resolved (which would explain why I cant get account access or e-mail reminders). It would really help to get some information! Ill absolutely change my rating when the problems are resolved. I have been using iPoll since its infancy and have watched it grow and expand. This is the first time the app has never worked to this extent. Ive always loved it . . . and I still do, but being that 3.0 is DOA, I cant give more than 1 star at the moment. It pains me, but it wouldnt be fair to give more stars for a non-functional app. Please fix iPoll ASAP! I miss it SO much already!
